How can Smart’s Onsite Support benefit you?
Onsite support allows Smart’s engineers to see what is going on first hand and to understand what is causing the issue. The engineer will initially go through the issue over the phone to see if it can be solved remotely. If this is not possible, then an onsite visit will be arranged at the earliest convenience.
What can Smart do for you onsite?
Just about everything and anything. The engineer will discuss what jobs need to be done prior to the visit so they can bring any extra equipment they need to ensure they are fully prepared and to avoid an unnecessary second visit.
This may be installing new hardware, a server or desktop platforms, adding peripheral equipment and rolling out large scale upgrades. Or providing support in day to day IT support and management.
The amount of time spent on site and the number of IT support visits per month are entirely up to you. Being situated in Cheltenham, less than ten minutes from junction 11 on the M5, puts Smart in the ideal location to offer onsite IT support to customers in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
Any hours that exceed the company’s support contract are charged at £75 + VAT per hour.
