With the influx of rental orders we saw in March and April 2020 due to ‘lockdown’ and the need for people to work from home suddenly, we experienced a shortage of IT equipment available from both our own stock, and replenishing our stock from suppliers. We were delighted that we could accommodate the majority of requests, but unfortunately couldn’t fulfil all the enquiries that we received over this period which was frustrating for both us and potential customers. This issue has now been resolved as stock is slowly being returned back to our warehouse, plus we have increased our stock capacity.
With talk of a potential second wave hitting in the winter months (fingers crossed this doesn’t happen!!), we are launching an initiative where you can reserve our stock for your use, and be guaranteed the equipment you need as and when you need it.
We will hold the stock here for you in our warehouse, and guarantee that when you need it, it will be ready and waiting to be dispatched to you, reducing any downtime for you and your workforce.
This service will be charged at £7.50 +VAT per month, per item. So if you want to guarantee the availability of 5 laptops for example, it will cost you £37.50 +VAT per month. When the rental commences, this will be charged at the standard rental rate which will be quoted prior to dispatch.
