Smart Rental returns process

What to do at the end of your rental period:

If you have paid for collection as part of your rental agreement, at the end of your rental term, please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Email Smart at orders@smart.uk.com to confirm your collection date – please note: you may be charged a fee for late returns
  2. It’s your responsibility to package all equipment and any accessories securely in the original packaging.
  3. Complete your name and contract number on the address label below, print and securely attach it to the boxed items ready for collection.
  4. We will confirm collection arrangements by email following your instructions.
  5. Once the items have been returned to Smart, you will receive email confirmation.

If for any reason Smart Computers or our Couriers, aren’t able to collect the equipment as arranged, you may be liable for additional collection charges.

 

What to do if you want to extend your rental period:

Should you wish to keep hold of the equipment longer than initially planned, drop us an email at orders@smart.uk.com or call us on 01242 580654 and we will provide you with a quote for extending the rental.

Insurance – Please remember it is your responsibility to insure the equipment for the full length of your rental term and for the full replacement cost of the equipment.
