Smart Refurb gives our customers access to high quality new, end of life, ex demo, ex-rental and refurbished products from the world’s leading IT manufacturers. Whether you require a desktop, laptop, notebook, server, storage and/or tablets, even printers, we will have a sustainable solution for you and your IT needs.

In addition to our ever popular IT rental service, for those who have a longer term need, we are now actively offering an additional alternative to buying the very latest IT systems – Smart Refurb.
We have stock of the very best refurbished and reconditioned laptops, desktops, Macs, servers, storage solutions and tablets, and are able to source additional stock to order. The team in our highly skilled workshop are able to get pre-loved technology working as if it were brand new, with like for like speed and no compromise on quality, at advantageous costs, while at the same time reducing waste. We quality control every machine before shipping to ensure it is working to the spec required.
We have a large quantity of stock from the world’s leading manufacturers. We aren’t affiliated to specific brands, and are able to listen to your needs and provide unbiased, tailored advice to ensure you are getting the technology that suits your requirements and growth plans.
Having the very latest technology isn’t always necessary and doesn’t always make a big enough difference to a company’s performance, especially when budgets can be limited. We are allowing you to design your IT environment with refurbished technology when the latest technology is less relevant. You can then redirect any cost savings to other areas of the business.
Although this model really suits the business environment, we are more than happy to provide quotes to private individuals too, helping you to reduce your carbon footprint at home.

- Buy a refurbed machine, built to the spec you require, at highly reduced rates. Smart Refurb allows you access to our ex-rental stock, now available to purchase. Select the manufacturer or device you require, we’ll review the spec and make sure it is working like new before sending it out top you. Each device will be priced individually.
