Unlike many of our competitors, when you use Smart Computers for your repair or upgrade, you won’t be left without. While we’re working on your computer or laptop, you can take advantage of our IT Rental Service, renting a replacement from us to limit your downtime and avoid the frustration caused by not having your IT. What’s more, we’ll offer this to you at a significantly reduced rate! Ask us for more information.
How to book in
Give us a call on 01242 580654 or email us at orders@smart.uk.com providing a brief description of your requirements, and to book in your computer or laptop at a time that is convenient for you. Then drop your equipment off to us, we’ll assess what needs to be done and give you an estimated timeframe and cost, prior to any work being done. Don’t forget to ask us about our reduced rental rates.
In rare cases, depending on the level of complexity, we may need to send your desktop or laptop away to be fixed. We will notify you if this is the case.
Our costs are clear and transparent and we will only charge you for the work that is required and completed. In some cases, we may need to order in hardware to complete the job. Again, we will let you know if this is the case.
Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
